Employment Law
Kalina, Wills,
Gisvold & Clark P.L.L.P. represents businesses of all
sizes in a variety of employment law matters. We advise clients
on
best practices for handling a wide range of employment matters,
including
employment investigations, company policies, procedures or
handbooks, to name a few. We also handle employment litigation,
from an
internal complaint to administrative, government, or court
proceedings, through alternative dispute resolution, trial
or appeal at both
state and federal levels in Minnesota.
We are experienced in handling discrimination claims based
upon sexual harassment, race, national origin, age, disability,
among others. Other employment related claims we handle include
allegations of wrongful termination, contract
disputes, defamation, and actions
for trade secret violations. While most of our clients are the
employer in the suit, when appropriate we have also pursued claims
for the individual employee.
We regularly write articles and present seminars on employment
topics. Call or e-mail us if you are interested in finding out
more. Sign up to receive our newsletter, or check out some of
the articles or helpful employment law links below.
