Michael
C. Glover joined the firm in 1994 following the invitation
of the
firm’s four
founding members. As an AV rated attorney concentrating his practice
on transportation and commercial litigation matters, Mr. Glover
counsels users and providers of transportation services including
interaction with governmental regulators or enforcement officials.
Familiar with the myriad of general and specialized issues touching
on the movement of freight by various modes, he strives to provide
timely and quality legal services to his clients. Mike
also works closely with businesses in the financial services industry
in asset based workouts, collection, and general consumer issues.
In addition to providing legal services to these two service industries,
Mr. Glover also counsels small to medium sized closely held business
and individual employees facing issues of protected class discrimination,
workers compensation, unemployment insurance, governmental worker
protection laws, wage and hour disputes, best employment practices
and regulatory compliance. Mike has three children,
and frequently finds himself in a hockey rink.
